On April 30, 2025, Nanjing ARK Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched its new-generation star product - the EF400 series 400kW DC fast charger (model: EF400CC400). As a benchmark product for the global electric transportation market, this series takes "all-scenario efficient fast charging" as its core design concept, integrating 400kW ultra-power output, intelligent modular architecture and user-friendly experience, providing an ultimate solution that combines performance and reliability for public charging networks and commercial charging scenarios.


400kW ultra-high power output, dual-gun parallel operation defines a new fast charging speed

The EF400 series is equipped with 10 sets of 40kW high-power charging modules, with a single gun output peak of up to 400kW. It supports mainstream electric vehicles that meet the CCS-2 standard, providing an ultra-fast experience of "charging 200 kilometers in 10 minutes". The innovative dual CCS-2 charging interface design supports charging two electric vehicles simultaneously. Each gun independently outputs 200kW, perfectly balancing the charging efficiency of multiple vehicles. Its wide-range output voltage (150-1000VDC) and current (0-400A) are compatible with the entire series of CCS/CHAdeMO standard models, covering the charging needs from compact sedans to heavy commercial vehicles.


The intelligent modular architecture creates a new paradigm for flexible deployment

The product adopts a fully modular design, supporting dynamic power allocation and convenient maintenance, significantly reducing operating costs. Equipped with the OCPP 1.6J (WS/WSS encryption) communication protocol, compatible with mainstream charging station management systems, and can be upgraded to OCPP 2.0 via OTA to ensure long-term technological leadership. The network configuration supports Ethernet, GPRS and an optional LTE module, and is equipped with a USB local data export function to meet the data interaction requirements in different scenarios.


User experience Upgrade, with both security and convenience online

The 10-inch high-definition touch screen is equipped with a customized UI interface, supporting 12 languages including Chinese, English, German and French (other languages can be customized), and the operation is intuitive and convenient. The triple authentication system (RFID card, mobile APP, and optional credit card payment terminal) covers diverse user habits. Among them, the Nayax payment terminal has been integrated into over 30 countries and regions around the world, including major markets in China, the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia, facilitating global deployment. The advanced cable balanced reel management system, combined with an IP54 protection grade metal casing, strikes a balance between operational convenience and equipment durability. It can operate stably in a wide temperature range from -30°C to +55°C, making it suitable for harsh scenarios such as severe cold and high temperatures.


Solid technical support and dual guarantees of safety and compliance

The CE compliance system certified by DEKRA complies with international standards such as IEC 61851-1/23/21-2. It is equipped with built-in overvoltage/undervoltage, overload, leakage, grounding and lightning surge protection modules to ensure the safety and reliability of the charging process. The forced air-cooling heat dissipation system, combined with 94% efficient energy conversion (rated load), enhances energy efficiency while reducing operational energy consumption. The equipment measures 2070×850×910mm and weighs 560kg. It supports a flexible wiring method of bottom entry and top exit, making it suitable for installation requirements in various sites.
